Conducting a needs analysis
Our inhouse expert will contact you promptly. Together we will work out your individual requirements and goals in order to define the framework conditions.
Agenda and offer
Based on the needs analysis, we create an individual agenda and a free, non-binding offer. We discuss all the details in a joint meeting with a trainer.
Planning and organisation
You tell us your preferred date and we take care of the rest. From coordinating the date and briefing the trainer to the training materials, we take care of all the organizational aspects.
Implementation in presence or online
Our trainer conducts the training on your premises or live online using interactive methods and practical exercises. All participants receive an internationally recognized certificate.
Follow-up and feedback

Stefan is the founder and mastermind of the institute. He has worked for a couple of decades as a designer and consultant for companies of all shapes and sizes. He founded the institute in 2014, just in time for the birth of his first daughter. In him, the German penchant for perfection, quality and structure meets the Italian dolce vita. Stefan can only do a few things at once, otherwise he is not happy and healthy. He loves developing ideas, making plans and getting new things off the ground. For many years he has unsuccessfully practised contemplative techniques to become calmer and more relaxed. He lives and works wherever there is electricity and internet.
