Stefan ist Gründer und Mastermind des Instituts. Er hat ein paar Jahrzehnte als Designer und Berater für Unternehmen aller Grösse und Coleur gearbeitet. 2014 hat er pünktlich zur Geburt seiner ersten Tochter das Institut gegründet. In ihm treffen sich der deutsche Hang zu Perfektion, Qualität und Struktur und das italienische Dolce Vita. Stefan kann nur wenige Dinge gleichzeitig machen, sonst ist er nicht glücklich und gesund. Er liebt es Ideen zu entwickeln, Pläne zu schmieden und Neues auf den Weg zu bringen. Seit vielen Jahren übt er sich erfolglos in kontemplativen Techniken, um ruhiger und entspannter zu werden. Er lebt und arbeitet überall wo es Strom und Internet gibt.

Maria hat schon früh in ihrem Leben rüber gemacht - sie ist als junge Erwachsene von Dresden ausgezogen, um Leipzig zu erobern. Sie kann nicht nur gut mit Menschen, sondern auch mit Zahlen, Worten und Werken. Mit einem soliden betriebswirtschaftlichen Background und einem ordentlichen Schuss Vertrieb widmet sie sich Menschen und dem Menschlichen an sich. Sie sorgt dafür, dass unser Team weiter wächst - in jedweder Hinsicht - und wir uns mit tollen, versierten und motivierten Menschen verstärken können. Dabei ist sie ständig auf Sendung. Wenn sie mal Sendepause hat verbringt sie ganze Abende damit mit ihrem Sohn Catan zu besiedeln und die Welt zu erkunden.
