Surprisingly, I adapted very well to the self-directed completion of the learning tasks without live coaching, as well as the flexibility to decide when, where, and how I progressed in the course. The Certified Data Analyst training is very well structured and offers a comprehensive first insight into a variety of methods for data analysis and data visualization - from Excel and SQL to Python and Power BI. The focus is on Python/Pandas/Seaborn/Matploplib. The application examples from completely different fields are designed accordingly. I particularly enjoyed analyzing video game and Pokémon statistics, where it almost felt like I was using data to figure out how to become the very best Pokémon trainer. I always felt well looked after by the XDi team and Thomas was always there to mentor me.

I was allowed to participate in the "DT360 - Certified Design Thinking Master" Course. The 5 days were 100% digital and super structured, the tools used were also easy to use. The balance between theory and practice was also very good. All in all, a great course.
Customer-focused work, isn't that what we do? How far one's own thoughts and actions are partly removed from it becomes clear in this seminar. The focus is not on the solution but on the customer's needs. What would our persona do? What are the top tasks? UX360º, very refreshing and highly recommended!
I particularly liked the flexibility of the seminar agenda. This allowed the trainer to respond individually and flexibly to different topics. Furthermore, the trainer convinced with his know-how on "content strategy" and "agile working". Babak is the ideal person for this seminar. The seminar explains the connections between the different research and prototyping methods very clearly. All important methods are explained and supported by many exercises. The cheerful trainer created a good atmosphere.
The training was characterized by a very successful and balanced mix of theory and practical applications. I was worried that a one-week full-time training course in an online format would be tiring, but this was not the case at all. The relaxed, emphatic manner of the coaches created a pleasant climate and atmosphere. The numerous literature references for self-taught in-depth study of certain topics were also exceptional. I can highly recommend the course and the coach in particular.

Babak manages to break open the complex topic "Content Strategy" and serve it in slices. His methodology offers an exciting three day deep dive into the topic. Interactive cases and exercises make the lively exchange varied. On the whole: personal, professional and incredibly good.
