Take advantage of the opportunity to have your professional development supported with the KOMPASS qualification voucher!
With the KOMPASS qualification voucher, you can fund a professional training program with up to 90% support and a maximum grant of €4,500. This allows you to expand your skills, strengthen your self-employment, and secure your future in the market – all with a minimal personal contribution.
The KOMPASS qualification voucher is designed for solo self-employed professionals who have been active in the market for at least two years and generate the majority of their income from their own self-employed activities. The funding covers the costs of professional training regardless of the field of activity – what matters is that it strengthens your entrepreneurial perspective.
XDi – recognized as a certified KOMPASS training provider
The Experience Design Institut meets all requirements necessary for the KOMPASS program and is therefore authorized to accept qualification vouchers. As a recognized training provider with a German headquarters, certified quality standards, and professional mentors and trainers, training programs at XDi can be fully funded through the KOMPASS qualification voucher.
If you have received a valid qualification voucher, you can register directly for your desired course at XDi – the funding will be applied and properly processed.
Eligibility for KOMPASS funding
You may receive KOMPASS funding if the following conditions are met:
Your path to the KOMPASS qualification voucher
The application for KOMPASS funding begins by contacting a local KOMPASS center, for example, via www.kompass-programm.de. Here, you will receive a consultation, during which you present your planned training and explain why it is important for your self-employment. The center will check your eligibility and then issue the qualification voucher.
With this voucher, you can register for one of our guided e-learning courses or live seminars. Registration may only take place after the voucher has been issued. The training must be completed within six months.
You initially pay the invoice yourself and then submit all required documents, such as the invoice and proof of participation, to the KOMPASS center. After verification, the corresponding funding – up to 90% and a maximum of €4,500 – will be reimbursed.
