This is how a typical learning unit in XDi looks like
A target-oriented mixture of theory and practice, presentation and reflection.
20-30 Minutes
Imparting knowledge about methods, techniques and tools of the digital world forms the foundation for successful learning. In compact units, we impart the necessary theoretical know-how and then apply methods and tools in practice.
45-60 Minutes
Our philosophy is “learning by doing” - participants in our seminars learn how to apply relevant methods and techniques through practical exercises in a co-creative team process. The results of the practical work are then presented and discussed.
15-30 Minutes
The results of the individual and group work are presented in the team or in front of all participants. Each participant has the opportunity to present their work, present it in a visually appealing way and argue convincingly.
15-30 Minutes
We invite all participants to give constructive feedback - both positive and negative. Through the open exchange of ideas and arguments, we encourage reflection on our results, broaden our horizons and recognize potential for improvement.
15 Minutes
Each thematic block ends with an illuminating retrospective. Here, the participants reflect on the insights gained in individual and group work. Through conscious perception and mental repetition, we promote the integration of these experiences for sustainable learning success.
Funding opportunities for you and your team
Receive financial support for the funding of further training. We offer you various cost-effective options to upskill your employees.
Subsidies from the federal states
Each federal state offers different funding opportunities. Funding covers up to 50% of the training costs, or between €500 and €1,500.
Education bonus
Employees can receive a premium voucher to finance up to 50% of individual professional training or a maximum of €500.
Educational leave
Your employees can take up to 5 days of paid educational leave per year to gain additional qualifications. Usually, they cover the cost of the training themselves.
